Our attic apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house Hoferer and consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet and hallway. If necessary, another room can be provided.
The rooms are furnished as follows: bedroom with double bed and a bathroom en suite, the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and hand basin, the living room contains a double sofa bed and a separate dining area, from the hallway a guest toilet can be used.
A covered balcony on the front side of the attic apartment is accessible from the 2nd bedroom and from the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Furthermore, the following appliances are available in the kitchen: washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and coffee maker.
A dining table in the kitchen completes the comfortable equipment. In the kitchen cabinets there is a complete set of dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans and other useful kitchen utensils.
The floor of the attic apartment is made of cork and plastic laminate.
