Floor 1
All 6 apartments on this floor have direct balcony access. On this floor is also the shared kitchen and in a separate room the tumble dryer for your comfort. 5 apartments have a living area of up to 30 sqm. On all balconies can be grilled and smoked. Here is the large south-facing sun terrace, here you can relax and let your gaze wander far over the Renchtal.
Floor 2
All 6 apartments on this floor have direct balcony access, but you have a view that extends further up and down into the valley. The balconies are partially covered and overlook the slope and the Wilde Rench stream. Most of the balconies have a seating area and a table. On this floor there is another washing machine in a separate room. Some apartments have a microwave and mini oven.
